We, a new media startup, created the first universe of fictional characters on TikTok with millions of followers and allowed audiences to shape the stories with interactive experiences. What your day is going to look like:

You eat Twitter for breakfast, breathe Discord, and climb guerilla marketing towers like King Kong. Responsibilities include:

• Create an engaging community & marketing strategy that drives brand affinity & audience growth (focus on Twitter & Discord)
• Contribute to establishing a voice for our universe that is entertaining & striking
• Create intrigue for our project on social media and build a viable and fun community that reaches beyond Discord
• Generating excitement about new drops, tweeting, curating hangouts, chatting with people on all platforms and growing community loyalty
• Identify Solana pioneers on Twitter and elsewhere - proactively engage to get them excited about the universe and bring them into our communi
• Guide experienced NFT savants, newbies and everyone-in-between as they learn how to engage in our universe
• Identify, source, and manage the appropriate tools to measure the effectiveness of social and community performance, and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Proactively identifying new trends and relevant changes to the market and share strategies with the team

What’s your resume like?

We are looking for someone who is excited to build from the ground up and who has conviction that entertainment will make Web3 actually accessible for everyone. You are passionate about social media, comfortable with being on the front lines of communication, and take pride in being witty online.

Responsibilities:

• 1+ years of experience in managing or participating in crypto communities
• Scaled Twitter and/or Discord communities with significant follower bases and/or executed SMM strategies from scratch for online products
• Fluency in English (C2 or native speaker)
• A background in startups, gaming, social, media, or crypto
• Thrive in fast-paced, challenging situations by embracing the unexpected
• Knowledge of the Solana blockchain ecosystem & key communities.
• Passion for the Web3 industry and up-to-date understanding of major trends
