The Role
We’re seeking a VP of Marketing to lead end-to-end growth and marketing strategy for some of the most exciting projects in emerging tech. If you come from fintech, SaaS or consumer tech, have deep experience scaling customer acquisition and retention funnels, and are excited by the opportunity to apply those systems-thinking skills to the next frontier of the internet, this role is for you.
You’ll own the full user journey, from awareness through to advocacy, driving innovative, scalable growth campaigns. You’ll lead a small but mighty team (2-5 direct reports) focused on growth loops, referrals, incentives, and community activation, and collaborate cross-functionally with clients to build traction in emerging, high-potential ecosystems.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, as well as the services and products we offer (KOLs, Growth, Social/Content).
- Build and scale growth experiments that don’t rely on paid media: viral loops, incentive mechanics, referral programmes, gamified onboarding and more.
- Develop data-informed strategies tailored to acquiring users but grounded in proven playbooks.
- Collaborate with clients to define KPIs, then execute across high-leverage growth tactics.
- Build frameworks to test, track, and iterate on performance metrics and user behaviours.
- Stay 20% focused on experimentation: new tools, platforms, social mechanics and hacks.
- Act as an internal and external thought leader in growth - running workshops and training sessions with teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years experience in growth roles, ideally in fintech, SaaS or consumer apps.
- Strong command of acquisition funnels, onboarding optimisation, lifecycle marketing, and growth loops.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and performance marketing (you know your CAC from your LTV).
- Leadership experience managing small, agile teams or pods.
- Curiosity about Web3/Emerging tech and willingness to learn how traditional mechanics translate into new ownership-driven ecosystems.
- Data fluency: able to set hypotheses, design A/B tests, and report results with clarity.
