Social Media Manager
The Social Media Manager brings client strategies to life by managing calendars, planning campaigns, and crafting posts that engage and inspire. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating and scheduling content while contributing to the overall social media strategy. Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and post social media content in line with campaign calendars.
- Work with clients to refine content ideas and ensure alignment with their objectives.
- Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and messages across platforms.
- Track social media KPIs like engagement, reach, and growth, reporting key insights.
- Research and incorporate emerging trends into content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to produce visually engaging content that aligns with brand
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimise campaigns and improve performance.
- Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive tone.
Requirements
- Must be able to work UK business hours (non-negotiable).
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Proven ability to create and schedule content across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the Web3 space.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling platforms.
