About Us:

Fix Finance is working on a novel solution to rate markets within DeFi. Our system is designed for maximum capital efficiency and liquidity, we allow users the ability to borrow and lend at fixed rates as well as get increased exposure to variable rate yield. Current Stage:

Our contracts are currently under audit, we are building the user interface and looking forward to a testnet launch in November with an anticipated phased mainnet rollout starting in December.

Job Description:

Responsibilities as a Marketing/Community Manager:

• organize community communication through discord
• set up and manage community calls
• curate the growth of the community and positive community culture via social media
• receive and communicate community feedback on the product to the development team
• develop and implement marketing strategies
• communicate a consistent brand image across all platforms

Requirements:

• base understanding of cryptocurrency and decentralized finance
• active participation within other DeFi communities
• experience working in a previous marketing or community role
• excellent communication skills in English
• compatible personality with a fast paced and innovative industry
