Director of Marketing - Web3 Cloud Storage

We are looking for an innovative marketing leader to build Filebase’s brand and marketing team, and develop our product and marketing voices across developers and enterprises. If you’re interested in building a brand that’s at the emergence of Web2 and Web3, we are looking for you.

The ideal candidate:

• As a member of the leadership team, you will play an integral role in shaping and refining Filebase’s strategy and operations.
• Lead go to market planning and strategies. Oversee execution of short-term objectives within the Marketing team.
• Oversee the implementation of marketing infrastructure, tools, and systems. Plan and execute all digital marketing activity, including search engine optimization and paid search advertising campaigns.
• Convert compelling product features and benefits into communication programs to drive superior customer experience
• Keep track of the success of all digital marketing campaigns, and make adjustments to achieve goals.
• Develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the brand and product.
• Administer the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads).
• Collaborate with product management, partnerships and other departments during product and feature launches.

The following are “nice-to-haves” that will set a candidate apart:

• Five years of brand building experience with leading B2B organizations.
• The ability to manage multiple complex projects, juggle multiple stakeholders’ needs and priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Experience planning and executing campaigns that integrate brand marketing and social media.
• A proven ability to wear many hats and take on a wide range of responsibilities
• A deep understanding of crypto consumers and what motivates them online
