Role

We are looking for a Marketing lead who has experience in executing marketing campaigns and igniting communities. As the first marketing hire in the company you will be responsible for all activities and communications channels used to tell our story and keep us at the top of the mind of our community. You will take ownership of the overall marketing and content strategy and collaborate with our community partners to produce amazing content for our social and other media platforms.

Tasks

• Create a marketing strategy and plan with relevant topics that will resonance with our community and audiences
• Tell our story to the world and communicate what makes us unique to our community
• Keep the community engaged with with storylines that will inspire and grow engagement
• Analyse the results of our marketing efforts and fine tune the strategy
• Communicate with our PR firm and other external parties
• Manage day to day operations or marketing activities across all channels

Requirements

• English fluency
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and community management, preferably in the crypto space
• Deep understanding of crypto marketing
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the DeFi ecosystem
• Experience with running and managing communities on Twitter, Telegram and discord
• Strategic marketing perspective and ability to think like a CMO
• Self motivated and thrives in a startup environment
• Meme lord/lady
