Role Overview:

We’re seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our efforts in driving adoption and brand recognition for Ducat Protocol and UNIT Stablecoin. You’ll help build a dynamic team, craft data-driven strategies, and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure Ducat Protocol’s growth within Bitcoin DeFi and the broader crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance protocol adoption and community engagement.
• Help build and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve aligned OKRs and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to translate complex concepts into impactful campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our marketing playbook.
• Manage the marketing budget with a focus on maximising ROI.
• Attend crypto conferences.
• Host events in real life and on Twitter Spaces.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing leadership, with at least 2 years in crypto (DeFi preferred).
• A passion for Bitcoin DeFi, Ordinals, and Runes.
• Deep understanding of Bitcoin, DeFi, and the broader crypto landscape.
• Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $70,000 per year.
• Meaningful token options in DUCAT, with growth potential.
