We work with exceptional early-stage teams on things like liquidity provisioning, content marketing, business development, and community growth. Regan Bozman, who was the first employee at CoinList and ran the token sales business there for 3.5 years, launched Dove Mountain in 2021. Early customers include Aztec, Maple, and xToken.

The Role

As an Analyst at Dove Mountain, you’ll work closely with our team to complete client work. We support our customers across a variety of growth channels and you’ll provide coverage on all of them:

• Marketing: we create high-quality content for our customer and help break down technical topics into coherent narratives
• Community growth: we help build incentive structures to get communities aligned for the long-term. We also provide leverage to teams by helping to manage these communities

You’ll also help with internal functions including:

• Sales and growth: research potential customers and close new business
• Strategy: scope out and launch new business for Dove Mountain

You’ll be working closely with Regan, Max, and Yanay

Who You Are

• You hustle and get stuff done - you’ll have (often ambiguous) responsibilities. We run a low ego company and you shouldn’t be opposed to getting your hands dirty.
• Research writing - you love writing research driven blog posts.
• Community - you get excited about building communities and helping users.
• Crypto Twitter native / defi degen / nft collector - ideal candidate is someone who is always on crypto-twitter and loves writing research posts.

Details

• This is a part time role to start, but will grow with Dove Mountain and could convert to full time
• You’ll earn a combination of cash and tokens (upside in our customers’ networks)
• Dove Mountain is an eat what you kill environment - there is significant upside for delivering for our customers and bringing in business.
