VP of Marketing

Digination is a leading blockchain game project, with a focus to develop applications surrounding NFTs, such as virtualization of NFTs and data sharing based on NFTs. The project is lead by veterans from the gaming industry and backed by VCs and exchanges.

As the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for the overall marketing and business development strategy during a period of significant growth and scale. You will develop a deep understanding of the audience and leverage these insights to shape the business’s position and its messaging to the blockchain community. You will build and lead a team of marketing and communications professionals to partner with various internal and external teams to execute on a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy.

As the Head of Marketing you will:

• Craft, lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy and vision
• Build the social media presence of the project primarily on Twitter and Discord, and oversees the execution of marketing activities
• Represent the project team for marketing and PR activities
• Develop business relationships with industry channels and influencers in the blockchain industry, especially the Gamefi and NFT sectors
• Monitor competitor actions and market beats, and communicate with internal departments to improvement the project

You may be a fit if you have:

• Fluent English speaker, with excellent communication and writing skills
• Excellent knowledge about marketing, especially in the blockchain industry
• Deep experience leading teams through periods of significant growth and scale
• Network in the blockchain or NFT industries and preferably business dealing experience with professionals in these industries
• Knowledge about Gamefi and NFT in general and deep conviction about the blockchain or digital asset industry, and are excited to immerse yourself in it

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

• You are familiar with Ethereum or other blockchain applications, such as Gamefi or Defi; or you have a portfolio of investments or NFT collections
• You have blockchain project experiences in other sectors
• You a fan playing sandbox games like Minecraft or Roblox
