Senior Marketing Manager

dForce advocates for building a complete set of DeFi protocols covering assets, lending, and trading, serving as DeFi infrastructure in Web3. We are currently deployed on Ethereum, Arbitrum (#1 lending protocol in terms of TVL), Optimism, and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) (#3 lending protocol in terms of TVL).

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and self-motivated marketing manager to join our team. The senior marketing manager will be responsible for executing the marketing strategy, including community management and engagement, events, marketing campaigns, content and more. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of both creating and executing marketing strategies for great projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the core team to design and develop a comprehensive marketing and community management strategy to grow the awareness and brand value of dForce.
• Establish key metrics to track and monitor KPI of marketing initiatives (campaigns, social media, etc).
• Manage marketing resources across internal team and key marketing partners.
• Engage with community management and business development to ensure that the voice of dForce communicates consistently in the same tonality.
• Produce high quality written content for blog posts, documents, FAQs, monthly reports, tutorials, video content, easy-to-understand articles with the goal of increasing user engagement, acquiring and educating new users.
• Plan, produce and coordinate online and offline events (AMAs, podcasts, etc) to continuously improve brand awareness for dForce.

Requirements:

• English native speaker.
• 2+ year of comprehensive experience in marketing and community management strategy and execution at a leading DeFi, NFT, Gamefi, Web3 application.
• Strong understanding and deep excitement about the promise of DeFi and Web3 technologies.
• Ability to handle challenges with an open mind, optimistic, can-do attitude.
• Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects.

Desired to have:

• Strong relationships in DeFi and Web3 ecosystem and understand how to grow dForce further.
• Familiarity with the Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon.
• Prior experience working in a remote-first environment and able to work independently whilst constantly collaborating with a team and reporting to the BD lead.
• Ability to handle challenges with an open mind, optimistic, can-do attitude.
