Marketing Manager - Social Media (Bilingual Chinese & English)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual social media professional with proven experience on Web3 (cryptocurrency exchange experience preferred) or online financial platforms such as fintech, CFD brokers, online trading platforms, or digital banking.

You will manage and grow our brand presence across both global and Chinese social media platforms, creating engaging, compliant, and trend-aware content to support our business growth.

This role requires someone confident in multi-platform social media management, with a strong understanding of digital finance audiences, and the ability to operate across both Chinese and English markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, as well as Xiao Hong Shu (RED) and Douyin.
• Manage content roadmaps, campaign calendars, and approval workflows via Lark.
• Produce engaging posts, visuals, and short-form videos using Canva or equivalent tools.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and provide actionable insights.
• Keep up to date with trends in Web3, cryptocurrency, financial services, and social media marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are compliant with industry regulations.
• Support paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations when required.
• Localise global content for both Chinese-speaking and English-speaking audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of social media management or digital marketing experience.
• Industry background in Web3, cryptocurrency exchanges, fintech, online trading platforms, or digital banking strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) for effective content creation and localisation.
• Skilled in Canva or similar design tools; basic short-form video editing abilities.
• Familiar with Chinese social platforms (Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin) and international platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing regulated financial content.
• On-camera presence or experience coordinating short-form video shoots.
• Understanding of community growth strategies for Web3 or trading platforms.
