We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to drive CZR Exchange’s global growth, expand our network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and amplify our presence across social and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Global Market Expansion

• Develop and execute strategies to increase CZR Exchange’s visibility in USA and Asia.
• Identify, onboard, and manage KOLs, influencers, and community leaders to spread awareness and adoption of CZR Exchange.
• Build partnerships with industry leaders, crypto communities, and fintech organizations.

Brand Growth & Exposure

• Promote CZR Exchange’s technology and innovation story across digital and offline channels.
• Represent CZR Exchange at industry events, conferences, and community meetups.
• Collaborate with marketing to grow CZR’s global brand identity and market recognition.

Social Media Engagement

• Actively manage and grow presence on Twitter/X and other crypto-native platforms.
• Engage with crypto audiences, KOLs, and thought leaders to spark discussions and boost awareness.
• Monitor industry trends and position CZR Exchange at the center of relevant conversations.

Partnerships & Growth Initiatives

• Source and negotiate partnerships that drive new user growth.
• Work with regional teams to localize campaigns and ensure strong community penetration.
• Track and report KPIs for user growth, KOL engagement, and brand exposure.
