At CryptoTaxCalculator, we’re out to make it easier for cryptocurrency users to comply with local tax requirements. We started in 2018, and have since grown to serve thousands of users across twenty different tax regions. In the last year, we have grown 60x, and we are doubling in size every couple of months.

Crypto taxes can be incredibly complex. As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for user acquisitions at a global level. This is a hands-on role where you will drive growth from startup to scaleup.

What you will do:

• Own the development and execution of all marketing strategies at an international level.
• Develop strategic partnerships within the cryptocurrency and accounting industries.
• Implement and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Liaison with the product team to analyze existing user stories and drive new product strategies.
• Work with the product team to help guide new features that will reduce the burden on support.

We are looking for:

• Somebody with a provable interest in cryptocurrency.
• Expert understanding of SEO, content marketing, SEM, and influencer programs.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships.
• A deep understanding of SaaS startup growth strategies.
• An iterative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a tech startup is preferred.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or accounting industry is a major plus.
