You’ll be someone with extensive Marketing experience from a fintech environment who will bring our CryptoPR projects to the next level!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy of our internal crypto and external client projects, setting goals and objectives in alignment with top level internal & external stakeholders.
• Oversee the planning, development and execution of an ambitious marketing budget, with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience bringing products to market.
• Perform research on the Crypto market, latest trends, and competition to spot opportunities for the growth of our business.
• Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and drive marketing decisions based on KPIs, meet ambitious growth KPIs.
• Build and lead the crypto marketing team and manage relevant marketing communities.
• Experience with social media, content marketing, video production.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Marketing and a proven track record leading and developing diverse marketing teams at scale in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge and passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs.
• A demonstrable track record of helping coordinate a growing marketing organization (people, process and systems).
• Fast-paced, resilient and open to change in a rapidly growing business that requires creativity, fast learning and out of the box thinking.
• Excellent English language skills are required.
