You are able to:

• Understand and play off of the dynamics of the industry, hot topics, etc to guide and enhance the user-base
• Create and edit dynamic written content
• Pitch Russian news outlets, blogs and influencers
• Manage social media accounts, social listening and engage in social discussion
• Analyze social media platforms to understand our audience
• Answer any of customers questions and guide them as much as possible
• Social Media Reporting planning with the ability to identify and track relevant Community KPIs
• Develop social media initiatives to support marketing program and communication
• Coordinate with other Marketing, PR and Promotions teams to carry out IMC strategy

Requirements:

• Native or Fluent Russian speaker
• Fluent English speaker
• Previous experience of Russian social media channels
• A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them online
• Ability to take complex information and turn it into easy-to-understand content.
• Proven work experience in community management, digital advertising or marketing agency.
• Strong interest in Blockchain or Cryptocurrencies
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Self-motivated, adaptable, quick, responsive

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency Marketing
• A user of crypto for many years
