You are able to:

• Understand and play off of the dynamics of the industry, including hot topics to guide and enhance the user-base
• Create and edit dynamic written content
• Work under pressure and multitask like never before
• Manage social media accounts, social listening and engage in social discussion
• Analyze social media platforms to understand our audience
• Answer any of users’ questions and guide them as much as possible (customer support)
• Plan Social Media Reporting with the ability to identify and track relevant Community KPIs
• Develop social media initiatives to support marketing programs and communication
• Coordinate with other Marketing, PR, and Promotions teams to carry out IMC strategy
• Pitch news outlets, blogs, and influencers

Additional requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous experience with a wide variety of social media channels
• A deep understanding of crypto consumers and what motivates them online
• Extraordinary copywriting skills (short and long form)
• Ability to take complex information and turn it into easy-to-understand content
• Proven work experience in community management, digital advertising, or a marketing agency

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency Marketing
• A user of crypto for many years
