Instagram Manager

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Instagram Manager to lead CoinTerminal’s growth and engagement on the platform. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of Instagram’s algorithm, trends, and content formats, and who can execute a high‑impact strategy with minimal oversight. You’ll be responsible for running our established playbook for posting, engagement, and influencer collaboration, ensuring CoinTerminal’s Instagram becomes a top channel for traffic and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Growth & Management

• Execute CoinTerminal’s Instagram growth strategy in line with our detailed SOPs.
• Launch “initiation” campaigns for new content, ensuring immediate high‑value engagement within 5 minutes of posting.
• Deliver monthly “boost” campaigns with high‑performing reels to maximise reach.
• Maintain posting frequency (minimum once every 48 hours; maximum once every 24 hours), ensuring at least 1 out of every 3 posts is a reel.

Content Creation & Collaboration

• Produce and publish high‑quality visual content, ensuring all images meet brand standards and all videos are optimised for engagement.
• Create content formats that encourage interaction, carousels, shareable posts, and interactive stories.
• Collaborate with influencers for both engagement boosts and live content, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Host at least one live stream per month, with a strong hook such as giveaways or guest appearances.

Community Engagement & Brand Building

• Drive organic growth through meaningful engagement on posts, comments, and stories.
• Ensure replies are on‑brand, value‑additive, and foster positive audience interactions.
• Participate in and host collaborations with relevant accounts to tap into new audiences.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

• Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement rate, and follower growth, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Report on performance regularly to the CMO and marketing team.

Required Qualifications:

• Based in Dubai with proven experience managing and growing Instagram accounts.
• Strong knowledge of reels strategy, influencer collaboration, and algorithm‑driven content performance.
• Creative eye and strong attention to detail for visual quality.
• Experience with crypto, Web3, or community‑driven brands is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
