Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy. You will be responsible for increasing search visibility, driving website traffic, and executing high-impact SEO strategies that align with our business objectives. This role requires a strong technical SEO background, content optimization expertise, and a deep understanding of Crypto, Web3, and financial markets. This is a high-impact role that demands ownership, execution, and continuous optimization based on performance data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and search visibility.
• Align SEO initiatives with marketing and business goals for maximum impact.

2. Keyword Research & Content Optimization

• Identify high-value keywords and strategically integrate them across content and web pages.
• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-focused content that improves search rankings and engagement.

3. On-Page & Technical SEO

• Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and internal linking for search performance.
• Implement structured data, schema markup, and best SEO practices to maximize search visibility.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to fix crawl issues, improve page speed, and enhance mobile usability.

4. Link-Building & Off-Page SEO

• Execute high-quality link-building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Identify opportunities for guest posting, digital PR, and authoritative backlinks.

5. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor SEO performance metrics and generate data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track rankings, traffic, and site performance.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven ability to drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings.
2. 2-5 years of experience in SEO, content creation, or digital marketing.
3. Crypto, Web3, or financial markets knowledge is required.
4. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
5. Technical SEO expertise (site audits, indexing, schema markup, page speed optimization).
6. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS solutions).
7. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
