Social Media Manager

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to define Chronicle’s brand voice across its social channels. This role focuses exclusively on developing and executing our social media content strategy, working within the Growth team to educate, engage, and amplify everything from partnership announcements and product updates to industry trends and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage social media content, ensuring it delivers on strategic brand objectives and maintaining a well-organized content calendar aligned with the Growth team’s broader goals
• Create ongoing high-quality short form posts and threads that spark engagement, especially around product launches, company news, and partnership initiatives.
• Create on-brand videos and graphics for social media that are visually compelling and strategically aligned with overall brand objectives.
• Monitor and engage with emerging trends, memes and cultural conversations in crypto jumping in when relevant in a way that feels authentic and aligned with the brand voice.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience social media marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven social media strategies that demonstrably grew engagement, followership, and brand presence.
• Solid understanding of engaging both crypto-native and mainstream audiences while effectively representing the brand on social media.
• Solid familiarity with the tokenized asset space including key projects, market trends, and institutional developments to create content that resonates with an RWA-focused audience.
• Strong grasp of Web3 culture and crypto-native communication styles; you know what will land—and what won’t.
• Experience analyzing, reporting on, and implementing engagement data.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, BD and Engineering team members.
• Native English speaker or near-native English fluency.

Nice to have

• Experience in DeFi infrastructure and/or real-world asset (RWA) tokenization products.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Canva.
• Proven track record in launching or scaling brand social channels from the ground up.
