Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a senior marketer excited about decentralized finance (DeFi) to join our marketing team. Marketing is embedded into all aspects of the organization. Therefore, we need a highly organized and experienced marketing lead who will help take Centrifuge to the next stage of growth in our organization. You will be leading marketing strategy, setting priorities and planning together with the marketing team, owning the marketing budget, and making sure day-to-day logistics are carried out efficiently. You will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects related to our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the overall marketing strategy
• Collaborate with strategy, business development, and ecosystem to set marketing strategy in line with overall project goals
• Manage projects across marketing to ensure they are prioritized, on track, and delivered on time
• Set overall marketing budget together with strategy and operations, determine the budget for each project and ensure this budget is met
• Monitor market trends, research markets, user insights and competitors’ activities and incorporate these into an overall marketing strategy
• Analyze and track marketing performance
• Coordinate logistics and assist with operations for marketing projects

Required skills/experience

• Experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with a fintech, startup, and/or blockchain project
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies
• Analytical and data-driven approach to building and nurturing technical communities
• Firm grasp of all aspects of marketing
• Excellent understanding of go to market strategies for a blockchain project
• Comfortable prioritizing in a fast changing environment
• You have an interest in the emerging DeFi space and how to bridge traditional finance & DeFi
• Excellent English skills
• Experience working in a fast-growing early-stage marketing team
