Trading Growth Manager

Cap is looking for an exceptional person to grow the Cap protocol and community. You’ll be responsible for creating original, high quality content and authentically engaging with crypto traders about Cap on Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify high value threads on social media on which the Cap community can engage and help drive awareness with traders
• Create 1-2 deeply researched, high quality tweet threads per week on crypto topics such as Ethereum, trading, finance, and more
• Suggest and implement partnerships, campaigns, or other means to reach and retain traders

Requirements

• Proven work experience that includes high quality content creation and scaling protocols and communities
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Solid understanding of how DeFi, Ethereum, and crypto work
• Ability to create authentic, organic engagement. Think grassroots growth and trust-building through content, not superficial shilling

Compensation

• You’ll start with a compensated trial period followed by a longer term commitment
• Paid in USDC or ETH
