Local Community Manager - Poland/Bulgaria

This position for Local Community Managers with Full English Proficiency and knowledge of one or several local languages:

• Eastern Europe. Polish and/or Bulgarian (knowledge of both is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Bybit local communities together with Ambassadors (telegram and discord)
• Building and executing a strategy to drive community growth and engagement
• Planning and execution of online campaigns and events
• Recording complaints/concerns/feedback/improvement proposals of the members, and addressing them
• Ambassadors’ management
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions.
• Partnerships and negotiations with local KOLs, crypto and media channel.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in community management or marketing
• Experience in communication with media, KOLs, influencers
• Crypto and crypto trading knowledge
• Strong interest and passion for crypto
• Knowledge of Telegram, Discord tools
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Ability to work well independently and as a member of a highly integrated and diverse team
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage conflict
