Launched in 6 July 2021, BNBPay is a decentralised scalable crypto payment gateway tailored for merchant transactions. Behind the BNBPay project are a group of payment specialists and pioneers with decades of combined experience in the payment and retail POS & commerce industries.

Trustless, immutable, and efficient are our core principles to build the payment industry’s decentralised digital economy. Our mission is to sculpt the future of cryptocurrency payments and to change the way we conduct cryptocurrency payments. BNBPay strives to become the most widely used crypto payment for commerce. (Both eCommerce and brick and mortar shops). Transaction confirmation in each payment will be ready in less than 5 seconds which makes it well-suitable for any in-store purchase.

Essential Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging informed by user insights and market research
• Design, oversee and execute marketing campaigns targeting brand awareness, user acquisition and community engagement
• Lead marketing announcements such as product launches, new services and company updates
• Execute multiple aspects of marketing, including branding and positioning, product, ads, content & education, social & community, influencer & affiliate marketing, events, and communications
• Coordinate with other teams (product, business development, community moderators and management)
• Management a 15-20 man community moderator
• Develop and grow the BNBPAY brand and coordinate with Social Media & Community Manager to evolve the brand
• Lead, hire and manage a team of content, design, social media, SEO specialists

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high-performance marketing function in the blockchain space
• Can do attitude, thinker, and doer, willing to take on responsibilities and challengers
• Professional experience in the blockchain
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies
• Legacy or Crypto Payment processing background a plus
• Proven track record of driving user growth and revenues - be ready to give examples
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to create original and compelling content
• Strong focus on quality of work and attention to detail
