Account Manager with Previous Blockchain Experience

We are now looking for additional Account Managers to join our tight knit international team. Bitcoin PR Buzz is a press release and article distribution service and newswire, working exclusively with blockchain companies.

Interpersonal and communication skills are very important as this will help you to nurture your portfolio of clients and build long-lasting relationships. Attention to detail is key, and checking twice is second nature, especially when it comes to figures and details of placements and in your due diligence avoiding scam projects.

Required Skill Set:

• Previous experience working in the blockchain industry
• A genuine passion for blockchain technology
• Excellent eye for detail and organisation
• Content creation experience
• Great interpersonal skills
• A positive team player with a can-do attitude
• Prior experience in customer service and/or sales
• Native English speaker

About the position:

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the quality control and full execution of the campaign. You are the spider in the web - the link between the customer and our company. You have great organisation skills which allow you to keep on top of client projects and oversee the whole campaign from initial contact throughout the distribution process to the final report.

The role includes:

• Consulting clients
• Customer service
• Edit and check drafts
• Communicating with writers
• Scheduling posts
• Monitoring and communicating campaign progress
• Organising and delivering reports

You will be responsible for inbound/retained accounts and will be able to fully take advantage of our uncapped commission structure by networking hence certain networking skills are required. You will work remotely thus it will be required for you to manage your workday accordingly, we do have weekly meetings, training and check-ins which you will be required to attend. The job also requires Skype/Zoom/Teams meetings with clients.

Payment

• Negotiable - Uncapped commission on items which range from $1000 to $15000.
• Payment in cryptocurrency is possible.
