Social Media Manager

APWine brings a new primitive to the DeFi ecosystem, the future yield tokenization. Our mission is to allow liquidity providers to build strategies while selling their yield in advance and hedging their risks. We are very excited to move forward on the development of this protocol with game-changing features on our roadmap that will continue to push the DeFi ecosystem to another level.

We are a fully remote company with no fixed headquarters. The team is distributed throughout the world - we form an inclusive network across a variety of locations, lifestyles, and backgrounds.

About this Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to oversee all social media channels with a driven delivery in user acquisition and community engagement with great vibe and influence to help us grow our ecosystem and generate awareness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate passion for DeFi and will have excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, fully-remote role.

As a Social Media Manager, you will handle activities such as:

• Manage social media accounts across platforms (Twitter, Linkedin, etc)
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Social media analytics and reporting - share a monthly report with the team
• Community management - manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
• Cultivate relationships with community
• Write and publish content for social media channels
• Work closely with design teams to help generating ideas and coordinate relevant announcements.
• Innovate and offer new ideas to elevate social media presence
• Provide best practice guidelines and advices to the team

We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience as a social media manager
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Knowledge and passion of Web3, DeFi and cultural trends
• Proactive with excellent work ethic
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Desire and ability to innovate and improve upon current processes
• Self-driven, initiative and collaborative working manner and ability to work in an agile startup environment
• A team player who does well working with the team and independently
• Travel to meet clients or attend relevant networking events and conferences.
• Native English speaker or native English proficiency in communication and writing
• 2-5 years of experience
• BA in marketing, writing, social media management or related field is a plus
