Social Media Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a social media marketing manager who loves building communities. Someone who lives and breathes social, understands trends and uses this to create a social strategy and execute.

We’re a small team, which means you’ll have the opportunity to build a team around you to execute on your vision. You’ll work directly with the founders and be fully immersed in the AussieMates world.

Don’t worry if you’re not Aussie, we’re a global team spanning continents, so long as you can manage your task list, work autonomously and produce great work, it doesn’t matter where in the world you are.

Ideally you have a deep passion for web3 and community and have experience in one or more of the following: Social media marketing, digital marketing, content and community management.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of a social media marketing strategy that focusses on growth of social channels (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
• Set and deliver on KPIs and track analytics
• Scale and engage discord communities
• Be the social face/ voice of the brand (hosting AMAs, polls, spaces etc).

Qualifications

• 3+ year marketing experience
• 1+ year social media marketing experience in crypto or gaming
• Fluent or native in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Creatively minded
