Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Alium Finance is a decentralized cryptocurrency exchange operating since March 2021.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and Russian languages ​​(oral and written);
• 2+ years of experience in managing marketing teams or a brand;
• Experience in the target markets of the project (and the ability to identify target markets);
• Successful cases;
• Experience in organizing business events, working with partners, contractors, and opinion leaders;
• Experience in Crypto Industry

Duties:

• Creating and executing Marketing Strategies and searching for the most efficient and “outside the box” solutions;
• Developing, testing, and analyzing of the effectiveness of Marketing hypotheses;
• Controlling and managing contractors and internal team;
• Selecting candidates for the marketing team;
• Organizing events;
• Participating in events on behalf of the company.

The result of your work should be an increase in the growth rate of the client base.
