Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

1. Strengthen user interaction, stickiness, and overall experience on strategic social media platforms with sensitivity to each platform’s characteristics;
2. Daily maintenance of target communities, user Q & A and interaction, user & community activity promotion, to improve project influence and attention;
3. Develop community management processes, recruit and manage community volunteers;
4. Dynamic operation of hot spots in the industry, cooperating with partners to create an active community atmosphere;
5. Weekly / monthly summary of community activity and key data points

Post requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Experience in social media operations (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Medium, etc.) and community operations (2 years or more), concrete references preferred
3. Strong understanding and communication skills, with independent initiative to complete projects, advertising, and promotional copywriting;
4. Familiar with professional creative methods, creative thinking, strong insight, strong language expression ability;
5. Experience in the blockchain industry is a plus;
6. English as working language.
