Who we need:

We need an experienced CPO with great expertise in fin-tech, trading and crypto.

Minimal Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as product owner or management, working with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, reliable deliverables
• You have deep knowledge of DeFi, crypto communities, and knowledge of traditional finance products.
• You know what’s happening, what is working and not working
• Native-level of English and Russian language proficiency
• Exceptional ability to drive for results and execute against product roadmaps
• Strong ability to engage product designers and engineers to deliver high quality product on time, to meet the requirements of key business stakeholders
• Data driven approach toward strategically building and optimizing product
• Strong ability to think critically and clearly articulate product decisions and processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products.
• Guide the product team to combine technology and design to solve real customer problems in a way that meets the needs of the business
• Research the blockchain, Defi and NFT spaces to develop an understanding of what is possible in the space
• Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
• Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
• Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
• Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders.
