- Conduct deep dives into DeFi mechanisms, tokenomics, and governance models, and present findings in clear, digestible formats.
- Leverage tools like Dune Analytics to analyze on-chain data, generate insights, and create visualizations (charts, dashboards, etc.) to support written content.
- Work closely with founders, developers, and industry experts to craft engaging, well-informed narratives.
- Review and refine technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with 2077 Research’s standards.
What We’re Looking For

- Familiarity with Ethereum Layer 1 (L1) and Layer 2 (L2) blockchain architectures, protocol designs, and innovations at the infrastructure and application layers.
- Proficiency with on-chain analytics tools like Dune, Nansen, or similar platforms, and the ability to present data effectively using charts and dashboards.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging prose for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to analyze protocols, whitepapers, and emerging trends.
- Experience evaluating DeFi protocols and projects, including assessing infrastructure, architecture, and operational mechanics.
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a technical writer or researcher in the blockchain space.
- Contributions to blockchain publications, whitepapers, or blogs.
- Active participation in the Ethereum DeFi community.
What We Offer
- Competitive freelance rates based on experience and expertise.
- The chance to influence thought leadership in the Ethereum and DeFi ecosystems.
- A collaborative environment where your insights and ideas will shape the future of decentralized finance.
