Software Engineer: Markets

Desired skills:

• Golang experience or eager to learn
• One of: Rust, C++, OCaml, C
• Familiarity with Kafka/RabbitMQ, SQL, Redis, and pg; OR with the underlying concepts
• Strong SE/CS fundamentals: you are comfortable reading RFCs, diving into docs or sources

Nice to have (but definitely NOT required):

• Understanding of market-microstructure fundamentals (CLOB, orders, etc.)
• Understanding of advanced calculus, numerical optimization, or convex optimization
• Active Github/Gitlab, even better if you have contributed to OSS before

What is not required:

• A college degree is not required
• Finance/Advanced maths knowledge; but you are eager to learn about those
• Previous web3 experience; but you must be willing to learn
• N years of formal experience

• Deployment/monitoring pipeline for live bots that supply liquidity on centralized exchanges
• Proprietary SDKs to interact with crypto exchanges in a resilient way, shaving latency when possible
• Stream processing architecture to compute parameters that our live models need
• Market data archivers
• Arbitrage bots
• Smart-contracts that bundle on-chain actions into a single atomic call triggered by a fleet of off-chain bots
