We’re looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team.

You have an interest in crypto, data, finance, or trading. In addition, you’re excited to work in a startup environment where there are always new projects and challenges. Location: New York City or Austin Preferred (remote within North America possible)

Responsibilities

• Work with the product team on bringing new features and products to life as part of our institutional SigDev Terminal
• Help maintain and improve a few B2C SaaS products
• Opportunities to own greenfield projects from ideation to delivery

Need to Have

• Strong experience in Ruby on Rails, especially with processes involving high-volume background jobs and real-time data
• Confidence in working with either Vue or React (we use Vue) and implementing frontend designs with attention to detail
• Ability to quickly iterate together with the product, design, research, and data science teams
• Strong autonomy and ability to execute based on high-level business direction and project scope to take it from start to finish
• An appreciation for keeping it simple and shipping quickly

Nice to Have

• Interest in crypto/web3 or trading
• Experience with financial data applications
• A preference for TailwindCSS
