Technical Analyst

Symbridge is looking for a Technical Analyst who will be an integral part of a collaborative, enthusiastic and driven team. You will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT and analyzing data to make informed business decisions and finding ideal technical solutions to business needs. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fully funded, innovative, early stage Fintech that will transform digital trading platforms.

As Technical Analyst you will be a key member of the Symbridge team. You will be expected to take on all types of projects and participate in a variety of roles as needed and will have extensive exposure to senior decision makers.

What you’ll do:

• Meet regularly with key stakeholders to prioritize projects tasks, discuss high-level requirements, and provide status of overall project
• Work closely with developers and contractors to ensure quality, on-time deployments
• Configure IT applications where applicable in accordance to business requirements
• Review application changes with stakeholder prior to deploying new features or changes
• Execute QA and User Acceptance tests as needed

What you’ll need to have:

• 2-4 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree in computer science required
• Knowledge of SQL and Python
• Familiarity with project management software, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Office products
• Exceptional analytical, management and organization skills
• Strong intellectual curiosity
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven team player who works well with both technical and non-technical resources
• Manage ambiguity and bring focus under changing deadlines
• Commodities and/or Blockchain experience
• Strong interest in crypto
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency requirement

What would be nice to have:

• Wall Street / Fintech / trading background
• FIX experience in development or support roles
• Some JavaScript/NodeJS programming experience
