About Sturdy

About the role
We’re looking for a talented Solidity smart contract developer to help launch Sturdy. You’ll have ownership and autonomy as one of our first hires with the ability to define your role. We offer competitive compensation and a remote-first working environment that emphasizes flexibility.

- Possess deep Solidity development experience (1+ year)
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to take ownership
