We are a remote team working across multiple time zones. We collaborate using modern tools such as Slack, Zoom, Figma, Github, and we keep the team aligned through regular sprints, standups, and all hands meets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

A full stack senior solidity developer to create and implement blockchain solutions on the Ethereum main net and Layer 2 networks. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Smart Contracts for Token(s), NFT collections and other digital assets as required.

If you have been involved in a successful launch of a Token and/or an NFT collection and are an expert in the crypto space and block chain technologies we’d love to have a conversation.

This is a remote role, with travel opportunities to the US for team meetups and the chance to work on a cutting edge project in the Blockchain/ Metaverse space.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility for all Blockchain/Crypto systems within the business
• Own and deliver platform and product features from initial requirements through to delivery.
• Designing and developing Smart Contracts using Solidity and related technology.
• Continuously improve internal systems and code quality.
• Testing and troubleshooting the blockchain projects
• Coordinate external security audits of Smart Contracts
• Collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders to design solutions aligned with the business core objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong background in software development (5+ years)
• Minimum 2+ years Solidity experience
• Ability to work autonomously with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in other programming languages like C++, Python, JavaScript, C#
• Real world experience writing Smart Contracts for Tokens and/or NFTs.
• Knowledge of cryptographic protocols and understanding of cybersecurity
• Strong algorithm and data structure knowledge
• Direct experience with Ethereum
• Complex problem-solving - You must be able to analyze complicated problems and propose solutions.
• Ability to design and implement high quality, scalable solutions (millions of users)

BONUS POINTS FOR

• Hands-on experience launching a ERC-20 token with custom tokenomics.
• Hands-on experience launching an ERC-721 and/or combined ERC-1155 NFT collection.
• Experience with decentralized finance and general economic modeling / Tokenomics
• Experience with auditing Smart Contracts (Solidity/Ethereum, Solana, CosmWasm/Cosmos SDK, Polkadot)
• Commercial experience with integrating and using Layer 2 solutions like Polygon.
• Experience with web frameworks (angular/react) and with an emphasis on web3 frameworks/libraries.
• Blockchain related certifications
• Hands-on experience contributing to open source projects
