Senior Frontend Developer

Snapshot Labs is dedicated to creating a voting framework to facilitate decision making for decentralized organizations. Currently, hundreds of DAOs are using Snapshot, including leading Ethereum protocols.

We are a small team looking for a frontend rockstar who thrives on solving complex problems and would love the challenge of building an easy and intuitive interface for digital governance. You’ll join our frontend team of passionate and hardworking developers. As a senior developer, you’ll work on exciting stuff with minimal supervision.

What you will do

• Improve existing features and build new features for a web-based application.
• Build efficient and reusable web components.
• Architect reliable, performant, and scalable solutions.
• Optimize user experience and page performance.
• Work with users to identify usability issues and proactively fix them.

What you offer

• Experience building web applications using modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React.
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cryptocurrencies fundamentals.
• Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities.
• Have excellent English speaking skills.
• Proficient with GitHub and open source development.
• A desire to keep up with modern best practices in web development.
• Experience with Vue.js, Ethers.js, Node.js, IPFS, GraphQL, and Solidity is a plus.
