Blockchain Engineer

About us

Rune is a unique project that allows users to participate in a story based in Norse mythology. By mining materials and crafting, users can help shape the story while also earning special collectibles. The story is constantly evolving, and new challenges and objectives will be added over time.

The role

3+ years of full-stack blockchain software development experience working on production-grade projects or startups.

One of the following disciplines or willingness to learn:

• Back-end development
• Front-end development: React.js
• Experience with using collaboration tools and operating in a remote first environment
• Experience working on agile projects
• Experience with developing APIs
• Understanding of blockchain technology, especially Ethereum & Polygon
• Blockchain / smart contract development: Solidity / Ethereum, Web3.js or Ethers.js library
• Experience in deploying blockchain infrastructure
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Teamwork, flexibility, initiative, communication and organization
• Willingness to constantly learn & improve, challenging yourself.
