VP of Product

Rarible is looking for an executive product leader to continue to build and define the product strategy and roadmap for Rarible’s current and future products.

Responsibilities

• Define and iterate on the product strategy and roadmap by leading multi-teams (mobile product, marketplace, and protocol)
• Grow and manage a first-in-class product management team by setting KPIs, goals, and holding accountability to execution
• Rethinking the structure of the NFT marketplace to refine the navigation and discovery experience for the user to have a delightful experience
• Work cross-functionally with the executive team in setting a vision for Rarible and its future products

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building consumer products in world-class tech companies (strong B2C focus)
• 5+ years of experience building and managing multiple product teams working on several features for one main product
• Strong preference for experience launching, innovating or driving the growth of marketplace platforms
• Deep interest in blockchain - are you crypto curious, do you invest in the sector, do you have a basic working knowledge of blockchain and crypto?
