As a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) located in Hamburg, Germany you develop from scratch a new product. You are responsible to develop and maintain a scalable tech stack. Besides that, you design and implement important and technically challenging tools/systems. You should share the same values about a clean environment, high code quality, low bug tolerance, and usage of the latest technologies with us. The core of your job is to implement new ideas, to co-develop the product, and to provide the best UX to our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Help to make critical decisions on the tech stack
• Design and build tools to ensure our systems are virtually limitlessly scalable
• Work in close collaboration with the PO and engineers on architecture questions
• Design and build components/tools/systems such as user login systems, token custodial solutions, backend monitoring, automated testing, and much more
• Experience in building User-Journeys
• Building Mock-ups
• Designing Usability-tests
• Introduce tools and workflows for version control and code quality assurance
• Setup a multi-level quality assurance system including automated testing, QA within the team supervision, and similar measures
• Read documentation, source code, and consult with protocol maintainers
• Brainstorm with the founders and the PO on how to overcome technical challenges smartly
• Play a crucial role in the fulfillment and constant refinement of our highly ambitious vision

You should bring

• Experience of large technological challenges
• Background in working with large engineering teams
• Senior-level React/Redux (or another front-end library) development experience
• Familiarity with databases and full-stack frameworks (NodeJS/Express, CSS, HTML, Typescript)
• Experience with Blockchain specific frameworks and languages (i.e. Solidity, EVM, and/or smart contracts)
• Experience with BackEnd technologies such as Rust
• Hands-on attitude, top coding skills
• Experience in working in an agile environment
• Ability & willingness to learn new coding skills as needed
• You are able to succinctly & clearly communicate your ideas
• Good design understanding, some UI/UX experience more generally
• You stay up to date with the latest releases & best practices
• You know how to write bug-free & secure code, and are familiar with standard ecosystem tools & security audit techniques
• Ensuring Code Quality
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
