Senior Software Engineer - Backend (C#)

About Us

POKKET is a fintech company that offers users a platform to earn yields on cryptocurrency assets, ranging from lending products (Simple Saving) to high yield structured financial products (Structured Saving).

POKKET has received over $80 Million in user deposits from over 150+ tokens, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies.

Our newest product, Pokket Finance(Q4 2021 Launch), is a Decentralized Finance (DeFi) platform that will be the home of the Pokket governance token (PKKT) and the Pokket DAO.

POKKET offices are in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Shanghai and Ulaanbaatar.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of backend services / systems / platforms.
• Write high-quality, clean, elegant, scalable and maintainable code.
• Build common libraries.
• Analyze the requirement, design and develop the functionalities based on the product requirements.
• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, UX designers to build features and products.
• Mentor junior developers, review the pull requests, and improve the team’s code quality.
• Take part in DevOps workflow.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc or higher degree in computer science and related fields.
• More than 5 years of C# development, and more than 2 years .Net core development.
• Passionate about coding and programming, innovation and solving challenging problems.
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals (such as data structure and algorithm, operating systems, networks, databases, etc.)
• Have solid experience and knowledge on relational database, such as MSSQL, MySQL.
• Solid experience in OO Programing.
• Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, TeamCity, etc.
• Experience in Agile Programming (such as SCRUM, Kanban) is a big plus.
• Having experience in DevOp is a plus.
