We are looking for experienced Senior Dev ops with a passion for entrepreneurship, passion about DeFi, and data analytic. As one of the first employees, you will have the power to decide how to shape the product. You will get a lot of independence and responsibility right away. We are 100% remote and we are always making sure to use the latest state of the art tools. It is up to you to make an impact.

What you will work on

• Supports the development team with a reliable, responsive CI/CD process to deliver predictable builds of measurable quality
• Deploys, manages, and monitors AWS infrastructure to support testing and performance efforts
• Enforces best practices for organization-wide access to AWS resources
• Works with the development and research teams to plan strategies to characterize and optimize the overall system performance
• Contributes to engineering efforts from design to implementation, solving complex technical challenges around developer and engineering productivity and velocity
• Builds advanced cross-platform automated build, test and release infrastructure
• Helps drive the adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
• Finds creative, pragmatic solutions for automating development and testing environments
• Effectively communicate your designs, implementation and test plans within the team
• Promotes DevOps principles both within and outside the team

Skills requirements

• Strong experience using AWS services including IAM, S3, EC2, EKS, RDS, and Lambda
• Strong experience designing and deploying infrastructure as code
• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience monitoring and maintaining cloud-based production systems
• Experience employing Git Flow or other Git workflow strategies
• Love exploring new ideas and keeping current on new methodologies
• Comfort around multiple programming languages

Compensation

• USD 100K-150K, 0.2%-1% equity
