As the lead developer
You would be in-charge of directing and guiding the dev team in design, coding, testing, researching & analysing developments.
You should be fast and strong in Swift and Kotlin.
You mentor the dev team and provide feedback to cultivate their skills & knowledge.
You should have good people skills:
- be able to ask the right questions of people
- know when to deploy empathy or a kick or inspiration
Believe in community involvement:
- report on progress to the community
- take questions from the community
- let the community vote on features to add to each sprint
Day-to-day role:
- lead that days standups/meetings
- code your share of the tasks
- answer questions of the team

Compensation
Starting $50ph (~equiv. $100k) in crypto or fiat. Increases once first funding secured.
