Working at Multisig

We are seeking a Lead Core Developer, whose role will be instrumental in shaping the backbone of our infrastructure. Your tasks will involve architecting and building an array of integral systems, including portfolio tracking software, alerting systems, hedging software, and robust data pipelines for historical and real-time data collection and formatting.

While the language of our systems is up for discussion, it needs to be one of the most used, so further talent can be recruited to work on the same stack. This role will be significant to Multisig Capital’s ongoing success, and as such, the candidate must be open to being based in either Copenhagen or Lisbon. We offer the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the week, subject to prior agreement.

The role calls for an individual with strong backend capabilities and a desire to shoulder the responsibility of constructing Multisig’s new architecture. Although you will be collaborating closely with the executive suite, the ability to execute on various projects independently and the willingness to embrace that responsibility are crucial. Prior experience in the crypto sector isn’t a prerequisite, but an interest in the financial and crypto markets would undoubtedly be advantageous.

Hard Skills Requirements

To ensure success in this role, the candidate should demonstrate the following technical competencies:

• A minimum of 3 years of coding experience, working on complex systems in a production environment.
• Proven experience in building, maintaining, and upgrading large databases, with a focus on performance and stability.
• A solid understanding of Git, enabling efficient version control and collaborative development.
• Fluency in English, ensuring effective communication within our diverse team.
