Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

Magnus Capital has been investing in the digital assets space since 2017. We strongly believe that digital assets, and in particular, decentralized finance applications will play a critical role in the digital economies of the future and we seek to invest in and work with the brightest developers and founders who are paving the way for new and innovative financial products.

Our current focus is on early stage projects that are actively developing scalable solutions in the decentralized finance ecosystem.

You are:

• An experienced full stack developer
• A motivated and experienced DeFi user
• A seasoned veteran in the CryptoCurrency space
• Experienced in leading development teams
• Pro-active and result-driven
• Able to manage multiple projects at the same time

Your tasks:

• Manage a small development team (~ 5 employees)
• Be pro-active and come up with your own ideas
• Recruit and interview new developers
• Be in contact with the partners of Magnus Capital on a daily basis
• Help the development team where needed

What we ask:

• At least three years in the CryptoCurrency space
• At least three years experience as a developer
• Experience managing a development team

Compensation
