Senior Backend Engineer in Golang

As the first third-party team creating ecosystem products specifically for the Chainlink network, we’re in a unique position to drive forward its usability and use-cases, and we are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our growing team.

LinkPool is a globally distributed team, and all roles are fully remote.

The Role:

As a Backend Engineer in Golang at LinkPool, you’ll be joining our small and driven team to have a core role in development across all our products and services. You’ll work closely with every member of our engineering team, building new services from the ground up and be a valued resource for projects led by other team members.

You’ll work on the back end of our full range of products, from Node as a Service platform naas.link to further developing our first-of-its-kind Chainlink marketplace market.link. We collaborate directly with the teams working at the forefront of the blockchain space, and your work will be integral to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on the back end of LinkPool’s product offerings:
• Developing new features for the Chainlink Market
• Building out our Node as a Service Platform

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar position
• Desire and ability to rapidly learn new technologies
• Highly motivated with a self-governing work ethic
• Comfortable closely collaborating with engineers in and out of your team
• Professional experience with Postgres or other databases
• Professional familiarity with Golang
• Professional experience working with RESTful APIs

Desirables:

• Understanding of Ethereum, Solidity, and Chainlink at a technical level
• Familiarity with the current DeFi landscape
