Kado Pay will launch a powerful e-commerce experience to the space, bringing together merchants and crypto-natives into a streamlined platform to spend and conduct commerce. The initial build is focused on spending Terra’s algorithmic Stablecoins UST, which is a flourishing ecosystem and the biggest opportunity from Kado’s perspective.

We are looking for a progressive, forward thinking, passionate technical project professional who lives and breathes a growth mindset that wants to be a part of an agile team. Working alongside the Founding Kado team, you will support Engineering and Product Teams with the delivery of projects and initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities will include all aspects of project management from initial planning, through execution and monitoring, to project completion, including a focus on timely delivery, budgets, resource allocation, and scope management.

Responsibilities

• Work with Kado team and customers to deliver mission critical projects on-time, within scope, and within budget
• Produce dashboards, roadmaps, plans and documentation to support project efforts, communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations
• Run standup, workgroup meetings, identifying action items and addressing blockers to keep projects on track
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, resources, and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Perform risk management, actively working to disposition and manage project risks
• Integrate, track, and drive deliverables across a variety of projects and programs
• Improve process inputs, streamline workflows and project management tools

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience working as a technical product manager or similar role
• Working knowledge of project and workstream management tools, e.g Jira.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices; coding experience and/or understanding in Javascript/Node/Python/Rust a +
• Ambitious, self starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans
• Stronger organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Eager to ask questions and understand business objectives
• Have the energy and patience to work in a dynamic startup environment and rapidly growing industry

Bonus points

• Technical product manager experience in the cryptocurrency space
• A deep understanding of the Terra ecosystem or stablecoin market
• Experience starting a technical project management strategy for startups
