Game Developer for NFT Social Hub

Our company is a cutting edge blockchain gaming studio looking to hire an expert Game Developer to join our team. Your core responsibility is engineering software to create the game Hat Swap City.

As the technical expert, you will be responsible for knowing and utilizing the best technologies to create a meta-verse social hub playable on desktop and mobile.

In this role, you will collaborate with our other teams throughout the development cycle, have the chance to implement your own features and will work in a fast-paced, dispersed team driven by hard deadlines. You will also perform QA before it goes to market.

Game Developer Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a multiplayer social-hub game
• Write and debug software code
• Perform QA testing
• Collaborate with blockchain engineers to integrate to Binance Smart Chain
• Work with design and art departments to identify standards and needs
• Work within project management system Monday.com to be highly organized
• Participate in regular weekly/daily team meetings

Game Developer Requirements and Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and verbal English, willing to be on video calls
• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science
• Experience using game engine environments for software development
• Experience with Agile software development
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as C#, C++, and Objective-C
• Familiarity with web development languages, including JavaScript and HTML
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Be excited to face challenges & hard deadlines
• Comfortable working in a dispersed, international team (weird hours sometimes)
• Familiarity with Cryptocurrency or blockchain technology is a plus
• Must have demonstrated ability to solve problems and excel at working in a collaborative environment
