What we’re looking for

A cofounder and technical leader to help us to facilitate compliance all across LatAm. Allowing crypto & fintech companies to enter and scale in LatAm while without compliance hazard.

We are looking for a curious, problem-solver, yes-can-be-done attitude to partner up with Tomas & Mark, serial entrepreneurs with previous exits.

We want you to create groundbreaking technology to impact, 600M individuals. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of crypto, financial inclusion and LatAm.

Güeno is seeking a large seed round in Q1. We are a full venture backed startup. We want you to join us on this journey!

Responsibilities

• Be the head of technology. Create and execute a strategic plan.
• Manage the team. Responsible for hiring and managing teams of devs.
• Set the technical direction for product development.
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
• Present your roadmap at company-wide checkins & investors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a problem solver in tech startup.
• Crypto enthusiastic, nerd.
• Flexible and focussed on solutions.
• Organized and self-sufficient.
• Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget.
• English communication skills required. Spanish and Portuguese desirable.
• Understanding of Micro services, Docker, AWS, S3, React.js, MongoDB.

About Us

Tomas is a serial entrepreneur with 2 previous exits, and more than 5 year experience running startups in compliance in LatAm. Argentinian.

Mark is a serial entrepreneur with 3 exits, angel investor, with a proven track record scaling startups from zero to exit, generating +$100M in annual sales as a channel partner. Malaysian.

Mark and Tom are family. We are in-laws. We have known each other for 12 years and have been family for the same amount of time. We have two previous business exits together. 5 years working side by side. 3rd start-up that we co-founded.
