Position

Our client is seeking an experienced smart contracts developer to drive the design and development of Web3 technologies - blockchain, smart contracts, protocols, proofs, wallets, nodes, explorer, open source, distributed ledgers, cryptography, and more. The Senior Smart Contracts Developer will leverage their expertise in and passion for software development to implement scalable, performant, decentralized solutions on the blockchain. This is a great opportunity for you to interact directly with customers and influence definition and design from scratch.

In this role you will:

• Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design
• Evolve the technical direction of the service
• Deliver high-quality systems and features for customers
• Own the software development process end-to-end, including working with stakeholders to determine requirements and design, architect, plan, implement, test, and operate new systems and features
• Engage in and contribute to relevant open source projects
• Monitor project execution and ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget, and with great quality

Requirements

Must Have:

• 1+ years of Solidity development experience on Ethereum or EVM compatible blockchains
• Experience with Solidity dev and test tools like Truffle and HardHat.
• 5+ years of Fullstack programming experience with focus on using strongly typed languages (Rust, Golang, Typescript). NodeJs+Express is ok too.
• Deployed contracts on Eth Layer 2 solutions like Optimism, Polygon.
• Good knowledge about developing API, versioning, it’s lifecycle management and integration with other APIs.

Nice to have:

• Experience with moving smart contracts from Ethereum blockchain to other low gas fees blockchains.
• Front-end development experience using Typescript or React.
• Mobile Dapp development using React-Native and integration with the deployed smart contracts.
