This is a role for you if you are passionately curious about crypto, you enjoy taking an entrepreneurial approach to building and testing and are seeking to get a broad exposure to a variety of engineering challenges

Your responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain pipelines to help make data-driven decisions (collecting and handling structured and unstructured data – for instance, scraping data and generating insights from Discord, Twitter)
• Supporting with research in areas related to portfolio companies (setting up and maintaining analytics dashboards – and reporting insights to investment team)
• Contributing to discussions around new engineering approaches/practices as it relates to fund operations (dealflow management, analytics, reporting)
• Support with EV research + help write and publish insights

Required skills:

• Relevant data science experience in preferably SQL, Dune Analytics, BigQuery/Map Reduce and one/more of Typescript, Rust, Go, Python, JavaScript, Jupyter & various charting libraries
• Experience in using/building data analysis systems and databases + familiarity with git + AWS stack
• Experience building crawling challenging platforms, and adopting an ownership mindset to the acquisition and analysis of data
• Experience in building full-stack apps using modern JS frameworks and RESTful API’s
• You know how to query the Ethereum blockchain (solidity knowledge a plus)
• Has/is in process of obtaining a bachelors/masters in EECS

Bonus skills:

• Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes and GraphQL
• Devops experience
